Batteries Plus Bulbs is growing, and looking to add another application support developer to our team! This individual will be a part of the team handling Tier 2 support for numerous web-based and integration applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong .Net programming background with experience in developing and/or supporting multi-tier applications. This candidate will a have significant growth opportunity within the Application Services team.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Visual Studio
  • SQL Server (SQL Management Studio)
  • Experience using source code management systems (TFS or similar)
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Entity framework
  • Web services / SOAP / REST     
  • Client-side web technologies (JavaScript/JQuery/CSS)
  • Experience with eCommerce and/or Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
  • Experience with Automated testing tools is a plus


  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required
  • 1-3 years experience in Technical Application Support and/or Development
  • Experience in Microsoft .Net technologies
